The voucher can be redeemed by getting in touch with Kelsae Collars and quoting the Voucher Number on the card. You can either Email, phone, leave a message on Etsy or message on Kelsae Collars Facebook page. No change is given but a credit can be arranged. Vouchers are valid for six months.
Your gift voucher can be used to purchase any stock items from the shop, or a custom order if preferred. Delivery times for Gift Vouchers are two days.
